Diffuse thinners and the Big 3

hey ya'll-

i'm 24 years old and have been slowly losing my hair for about the last year and a half. it's now at the point where i really need to do something before it gets any worse.

are there any diffuse thinners on this board who have had any luck with the usual minoxidil/proscar/nizoral attack?

if not, is there anything else that you have found to work for you?

by the way, i've already been tested for thyroid problems.
