Hey guys,

I have a full head of hair, I am 30, at around 21 year of age I noticed what I thought to be thinner hair on front(top) than on the sides.

at 25ish I started taking avodart, I have been on avodart for at least 4-5 years now.. I honestly can't tell how much worse my hair has gotten.. but I still would like it to be thicker/stronger on top..

It definitely feels and looks thicker on the sides and on the back then on the top..

what else can I use besides avodart?

Can I use the rogaine foam and just put it everywhere on my crown at night? or should I just stick with nizoral and avodart and not do anything..

for me, still having a full head of hair it's harder to diagnose and treat any kind of loss.. help please :)

i am diffuse too and am using avodart and nizoral. i just started rogaine foam. i suggest you try it as well to thicken and regrow hair.

apply the rogaine foam everywhere on your scalp that you want to try to regrow hair.

Well, I have long hair and my question is how do I apply the rogaine foam? like a shampoo all over my head to just thicken it everywhere? I have no bald spots I just want the hair on top of my head to be as dense as the sides..

no you cant shampoo it into your hair, it has to reach the scalp. just slick your hair back, wet it a bit if you have to, and rub the foam in where you can see scalp on top.

that is what I thought.. see unless I cut or shave my hair short it's just not going to be easy bothering with rogaine..

with long hair like now its very difficult to put it just in the bald spots..

I was hoping there could be a way to just enter it over you entire crown even with hair there and hope it helps..

you can rub it in through your hair if your hair isn't super thick i imagine
