This pic is confusing me. I will be honest and admit that I thought at first that this is really JayB probably since I look at a male´s hair first before I look at his face. I have got no idea what is going on with Brad. Maybe just some bad lightning? Is he wearing Toppik on other pics? I don´t think he is actually thinning since most thinners also have some hairline recession and are at least a Norwood 1.5. He is a Norwood 1.

I think im the ONLY member on here that is less than a nw1

My hairline is still perfectly straight with no recession at all....inface my TEMPORAL areas are STRONGER and thicker than the middle of my hair line....when wet you can see that the center of my hair line has some thinning.

nw1 is a juvenile hairline, no recession. that's the definition. pictures don't matter. you can't be less than an nw1. there's no such thing as nw0 or whatever people say on here. nw1 is the best you can have. it's where the scale starts. the definition of nw1 is no hair loss, no hairline maturation, nothing. and that's not my opinion- i saw it on rassman's baldingblog and a couple other sites.

yah i know there is no such thing as a nw0..thats why i didnt use that term.

but if you look at the top view of the nw1 diagram you can see a tiny recession in the temporal areas...i dont have that...thats what i was trying to say.

i responded to this but guess it didnt go through. stupid server.

yeah as i said the pictures are inaccurate. the overhead view on the NW2 is really what an NW3 looks like. my overhead looks like NW1 but my side view of my head looks like the side view on the NW2 diagram. Most guys in their early twenties, like me, look like NW2 from the side. But I don't think I am NW2 and most of them aren't either. The NW2 side view looks like a tiny bit of recession.
