DMSO as a carrier...

Has anyone tried using DMSO as a carrier either with minoxidil or Dutasteride etc?

I am currently using a mix of DMSO, Folligen and trace minerals for a month now.

It mildly burns, I see small hairs in the front of my hair line and something AMAZING that I noticed is that it REVERTS white hairs back to its original color. Truly amazing as u can see the hair fill with color from the root. I am planning on starting a Dutas + DMSO mix soon.

Are you sure the DMSO and not the minoxidil or folligen are doing the color changing? Creams are better for absorption, but harder to apply on diffuse areas. I shopped for DMSO once, after reading good stuff about it. It was sold at a sight for paint and other stuff. I read the material safety data sheet and got scared away. I don't even want to use isopropyl alcohol on my head, if I can get ethyl alcohol. I know it is very irritating straight, but might be OK diluted. Thanks for volunteering to try it and reporting back to us.

Actually, I have a strong feeling that the trace minerals (ocean sea water) with the added absorption power of DMSO is causing the hairs to regain their colour. It really is phenomenal to watch... almost freaky. Anyways, about the DMSO, at first I also though a million and 1 different things that could go wrong with it, based on the scary image associated with DMSO.

DMSO when oxidized becomes MSM. MSM has the same toxicity rating as WATER. Forget the MSDS BS. Loool even rhymes... hehehe.

So far I have not seen regrowth except for 2 single thick hairs that have started to grow STRONG on the middle of my forehead far from the hairline... pretty interesting actually. I had to pluck them out simply because it looked ridiculous. Will keep u guys posted with my human/guinea pig experiment :)

DMSO is a great carrier for minoxidil. It allows way more minoxidil to be absorbed than normally would.

If you google and read the history of DMSO, it seems to be pretty good stuff. Fights inflammation, is a great carrier agent, shrinks tumors etc. I bought some the other day to make Ozbrew. Seems that if you can tollerate the added minoxidil absorbtion, it's like minoxidil on steroids. Typical success stories were people regrowing a lot of new hair even after being on minoxidil for 16 months plus.

where do you buy this stuff and how do you use it?

Go to http://www.dmso.com to get 99% pure DMSO very cheap. In fact, the cheapest I've found - $7.00 for 16oz.

In order to use DMSO, you'll also need a bottle of aloe to dilute the mixture a bit. 99% DMSO burns like hell if you apply it straight.
