Do any topical DHT inhibitors work?

I've been using minoxidil 5% for about 12 years. I have kept decently thick hair on the top and sides, but my hairline including the temple area has started receding again. I'm reluctant to use an oral DHT inhibitor, but was wondering if any topical DHT inhibitors really work. Is Revivogen worth trying? Thanks.

Well I'm using this stuff for about 4-5 months now. I droped propecia and started using this purely topical regimen. So I had some terrific shedds but now it's coming back.

im gonna try spironolactone but why are using revivigen aswell??isnt it anoyying having to use so many products shouldnt spironolactone and minoxidil be enouth?

Well I'm just applying anything that has a reasonable chance to work. I'm droping Revivogen because it's crap in my oppinion and it's too expensive.

spironolactone and revivogen work in different ways. but revivogen is too costly for what it does.

also is it enouth to use tricomin once a day?? and spironolactone once a day lets say tricomin in the morning with minoxidil and spironolactone at night with minoxidil?? also where the hell do i buy some good tricomin?
