Hey guys. I dont post alot but have been lurking for very long. Now im positive im not meant to lose my hair. My dad has perfect dark hair that is so thick it wont lay down. His dad looks like he never lost a hair in his life and it goes on.

Then im here with greasy hair. Greasy flakes on my red itchy scalp. Diffuse thinning. Receding hairline/higj temples and also thinning and receding just above the ear (side of head where dht shouldnt affect the hair) i also have dandruff from eyebrows and beard. I have some bald spots in my beard but they are small.

Whats wrong guys ? You guys seems to know more than my doctor

Seborrheic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, folliculitis, folliculitis decalvans and scalp diseases in general can cause hair loss even on people who aren't prone to male pattern baldness.

Well it doesn't mean you can't have male pattern baldness too, see a dermatologist. If the diagnostic isn't certain, ask for a scalp biopsy.
