yeah, that's what it looks like...It doesnt really look that bad from the pictures...just looks like you are a bit overweight. Have you gained any weight, which would explain it?

I personally don't think so. You took some before and after pics. Did you position the camera from the same angle? It almost looks like the last one was from higher up. And the middle ones you are angled such that you can see your other peck- the one further from the camera- whereas the last one looks like you were turned slighter more away from the camera, so that your side closer to the camera sicks out more.

Dude, put the bucks up and go to an endochronologist. He'll do a thorough thorough test, and tell you if you have gyno. I was worried, too, at the 3-4 month mark. Then I went to an endo, and he set me straight. Said if I had gyno, it would hurt like a b**ch, because your nips get way tender and sore, so much so that you can't stand wearing a tight shirt. The rubbing hurts too much.

Getting checked is worth it. And your definitely not to the point where it is irreversible. You are far from that point, from the pics I saw. There is much ot be done to fix it these days.

Get checked, don't worry, and good luck. Stay on finasteride. You won't regret it. Get in the gym, you will feel better about everything.

1)I think you just need to lose a bit of weight.

2)The gyno is not all that bad, if you lifted it would be unnoticeable. Since your chest is not all that toned, it makes the gyno stand out.

3)Nolvadex is easy to find and cheap, if 1 and 2 don't work, buy it.

I had that same "puffy" nipple effect and I was convinced it was Gyno as well. 2 doctors told me I was an idiot. I then dropped my body fat and it went away.

Went to the Doctor last week for a sore neck and inquired about what I thought was gyno. He didn't believe I had a problem. Said he prescribed proscar for many years where the folks take the whole 5 milligrams and has never seen anybody get gyno. He also said that he has treated others that HAD gyno and had their estrogen checked and the results were normal, so the estro blood check is not a key indicator. He did ask how my labido was and I said OK and that was the end of it.

I look similar to you in the pics. I weigh 200lbs and am 5'10", but big boned. At 42 years old, right now, I'm blaming it on weight and age. I have lost a few pounds recently and my chest is getting smaller.

I also asked if he would write me a precription for proscar since I didn't like getting them from India, and he said, "How many do you want!".

i ccompete in natural amature bodybuilding as a hobby,
there is a lot of people i know that use steroids which will typically induce gyno as a side effect. a lot of these guys take nolvadex in advance to counter this side.

You i dont believe have gyno, you are carrying some fat and water on your body from your diet.

my suggestion is try and lose around 10-15 lbs...a) you will look better
b) if you truly have gyno then it will be obvious..it will pertrude from you nipple area big time, it will look like it truly doesnt belong...right now i would say you have fat you are carrying in my eyes

On second thought...I dont think its gyno...it looks more like the typical effects of having slightly elevated estrogen with thickening of one of the fat layers and water rentention.

my question is...gyno is mainly caused by finasteride rite? Also do you guys think their is a correlation with bald non hairy guys and gyno? For what i remember most of the guys getting gyno seemed to have no body hair. What do you guys think? Is there anyone one out there has a good amount of body hair and gyno? Maybe this has been already talked about, but I don't come to this site much as of late.

well everyone says i dont have gyno...... but also everyone telling me to lose weight??? no way.... i'm 165lbs and 6"1..... i'm already thin and trying to gain weight. however i am out of shape with a slight belly.... from working in an office everyday, so this could be a result of fat. also i do work out almost everyday but just like 10-15 minutes at home.... bench/curls etc. i will try to book an apt with the Doctor.

also i have no pain and it's not really sensitive around the nipples, so that's a good thing.

and when im cold the puffyness goes away ??! and my tits look normal again.... ?

Actually it could be gyno....There's three types. One being Fatty Gyno. There's no hard lump or pain associated with this type. If you're on finasteride it could just be your storing more fat from having higher Estrogen levels. This would explain the extra gut and fatty chest.
If it gets worse and/or becomes a serious concern of yours go to the Dr.

I was the same height and weight at the time and I had the exact same thing. Same puffy nipples, same patch of fat at the bottom of the abdomen, right where your hipbones are, right? Same thing when it got cold for me. No pain, no sensitivity.

You don't need to lose weight, you need to reduce your body fat. Eat less shitty food and eat more lean protein and veggies. Also try some cardio - I've been jumping rope for a week now and it is awesome.

Once I reduced my body fat that look went away. Try it, I know it sucks, I work full-time and working out is a serious pain in my *** as well. But I'm telling you, it works.

I have a very similar body type. Here's what I did:
Go to the gym, they should have a body fat percentage calc or something similar - the electronic one that measures percentages, not bmi. I'm going to guess you are around 13-17%, thats what I was. I reduced that number over a few months to about 8% and there was no longer any problem. Presto. These guys are right, no gyno, just some extra body fat. Not to mention, everyone should be doing good cardio, boobs or no.

yea get that sh*t toned. 10-15 minute sadly won't cut it :( Try singing up at a gym where they have a fullwork out type of thing. This is what my schedule used to be (kept my mind off hairloss :))

sunday- chest and tricepts 15 minutes of abs (2 hours)
monday- sholders and bicepts (2 hours)
tuesday- back and legs and another 15 minute ab workout (2 hours)

I did this schedule twice a week, I woulnd't recommend doing this twice a week as it burned me out from wanting to go to the gym. BUt i suggest starting out maybe 1 hour a day monday - friday (skip tuesday, thursday)
and run a mile or so on your off days.

Once you get used to it, slowly bump it up. Good luck guy, trust me you'll feel better after cutting down.

Oh yea and once you start working out, your appetite will skyrocket. Try to trick your body into thinking your full after your workouts. BUy some protien drinks that are LOW IN SUGAR and CARBS. I drink a glass of that after the gym and i'm no longer hungery.

If you contiune eating poorly while going to the gym it will backfire on you severly. It'll cause you to look for bloated and the gyno-look will be more obvious. A poor diet along with the gym doesn't work. Just watch what you eat! Be careful, and goodluck.
