I was wondering because I've been washing my face a lot more to help keep acne down from the Propecia but my face is feeling really dried up now. Does anyone use some sort of facial cream or moisturizer to help with this? What about anti-wrinkle cream for the forehead from minoxidil, does anyone use anything for that?

i notice i get forehead wrinkles from minoxidil too. I use Curel Ultra Healing on my face. If you get a lotion, make sure it says that it doesn't clog pores.

Usually when i get wrinkles on my forhead its because I'm thinking. I usually make a movement kinda like squeeziing my eyebrows together. try it. pretend like you saw something and it was strange to you. or when you don't understand something and you say "huh?" do you feel that tension near your eyebrows? anyway, after i prevent myself from doing that for a week or so my wrinkles go away. also thats why some people can look at your forehead and can tell if you been thinking.

normally when i wash my face a few times a day, i would won't leave my face wash on for than 20 secs. I just scrub enough to cover all the areas and wash it off right away. when I leave it on too long my face dries up more than if i would leave it on for a shorter period of time.

I think washing your face is probably "acne neutral": in general, it neither hurts nor helps. But if you scrub too hard, you may injure delicate tissues, and actually make it WORSE.

I didn't think so.

Perhaps people simply furrow their brow more, as they apply it twice a day, if there is indeed any link at all...

....or they crinkle their brow to make their forehead look smaller...been doing that myself unconsiously for almost 20 years.

I guess I'll use Nivea. What is it exactly? Sorry, I sound dumb, I just never pay attention to commercials for stuff like that, it sounds like a hair shampoo or something.

Using what someone else uses may not do the trick for you. It depends on your skin type. You may want try using a lighter product like a product for people with sensitive skin if other products are too harsh for you. I use clean and clear for sensitive skin, but it still dries out my skin after morning use. It keeps my skin clean though. I went through like 5 different types of face washes before I found the one that worked for me.

Remember 90% of ageing is caused by UV light so make sure you get a moisturiser with an SPF (Sun Protection Factor) of at least 15.

I use Neutrogena's Visibly Young which has SPF 15 and uses the same copper peptides which are in Tricomin as they have been shown in vitro to increase collagen production.

They're crap! I use Lab Series Oil control solution (its a posh toner!) and Clarins for men Anti-Shine gel, which is new to the range. Both have kept my acne under very good control.
