Does a shed mean its just going to thicken in the near futur

I had an intial shed when i first started finasteride (wks 2-5ish) and havent had a bad one or profound shed since ... until now. i stayed on finasteride for 9 mo w/o any real thickening, so i switched to dutasteride. Been taking 1mg day for 1.5 years now and i started shedding a few weeks back

so should i look forward to whats about to happen or dread what lies ahead?
