I posted about this on reddit and subsequently found an old post (2017) from this forum about AppleMets which looks to have been quickly locked. I've only come across it in the last few days so I'm still trying to figure out if it's some sort of snake oil or if some of the reviews are legitimate. Has anyone here tried it or considered trying it?
It's high in Procyanidin B2 which is apparently good for hair regrowth. I found this study (can't post links as I'm a new member - ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5775114/) and see that it was actually published post the 2017 thread, so maybe there's been some change since then?
