Does Finasteride/Dutasteride stop the development of facial hair?

What I mean by that is, if you start at the age of 19, with having some parts of your facial hair still not being terminal and thick, will antiandrogens make them never develop into terminal hairs? Or is this all decided by Testosterone and not DHT?

There is only a small correlation between body/facial hair and DHT levels

Probably some effect but T plays a big role too. Just look at women they generally dont grow beards and mats of back hair at least not most of them. Women are proof if there ever was any what causes male pattern baldness and body hair its androgen levels that change naturally as you age. Also the sensitivity but that is poorly understood still
