I don't understand the second part of your question, but...

... Conditioner will have a cosmetic effect on your hair. It will not make your hair healthier (as far as the follicles and production of hair is concerned).

It will have a minor cosmetic improvement in texture and softness. It won't make your hair any healthier or stop you from thinning if you are.

I use Healthy Hair Plus brand Emu oil shampoo & conditioner in rotation with Nizoral and Paul Mitchell Shampoo One.

I let them both sit for a couple minutes.. I think it helps moisturize my scalp actually... and emu oil is good for you is it not?

I use different types of conditioners after usings Nizoral.

I also use Tricomin daily.

:)

wow how many types of hair products do you put in your hair when you shower?...seems like you put 4-5 different kinds of shampoo/conditioners. isnt that a little extreme?

anyways so it does help to put conditioner to make your hair stronger and thicker?

personally, i don't think it makes your hair any healthier but i've seen some conditioners that claim to make your hair healthier

Clinical tests show Hair Plus increase hair growth up to 123% in 28 days. The shampoo supplies proteins to protect the hair shaft, strengthens, prevents dryness and breakage, improves gloss, texture, manageability, adds body. The conditioner is specially formulated to supplement the shampoo - they must be used together for optimal results. The active amino acids derived from enzyme hydrolysis and vitamin B-6 stimulate more rapid hair growth.

that was a quote from http://www.folica.com/Hair_Plus_Condi_d739.html

don't know how true it is though..
