Does It Look Like I Could Grow This Back?

I’m only eighteen, and I have a lot of hair coming out daily in the shower, it’s been this way for months now, along with really bad seborrheic dermatitis. I’ve been on Finasteride since December, but haven’t noticed any changes. Rogaine since September. Does it look like the missing areas in the temples could grow back on finasteride?

I’ve tried for months with minoxidil, and nothing has happened. Do you think it looks like AA? Is it possible that it’s “maturation”?

one looks like, at this point in my life.

I just know that the earlier you treat androgpen alopecia, the better your results will be.

I’ve been on finasteride since December, just waiting for and hoping for results. I don’t know if I’m past the point of good results showing up or what. I hate the uncertainty.

Significant regrowth from finasteride is very rare indeed. Given the length of time you have been on minoxidil I don't think you could expect much more from that. finasteride could regrow a little but its no guarantee.. Its more of maintenance tool. If you want real regrowth you will have to go heavy with treatments at the cost of potentially greater side effects. finasteride is child's play, really. You do still have a good head of hair and maintenance ( if achievable ) should be good enough for now. Good luck.

If you haven’t grown it back now, odds aren’t you won’t in the future. Maybe dutasteride would, but it’s up to you if it’s worth it

Started Alchemy 1 month ago
Started RU two months ago
Short run Doxycycline 2 weeks

Is it most likely the RU or could the Alchemy AI be creating a DHT imbalance?
