does massaging your scalp help with hair loss?

ok i dont think i have reached the stage where i am losing any hair but it is thinning somewhat...if i do daily scalp massages will it potentially maybe have a major impact on my hair and its health like it says in the article?

has done this yet?...do you think it really helps your hair?

even if it doesnt i think im gonna start doing this every day for now on!

woops i just realized it was a site for women...anyways im still gonna do it! im gonna do anything i can to prevent any hairloss

Massaging the skin to the side of your ears accomplishes the same thing: getting blood flowing to the scalp. I do it five minutes a day; it makes the scalp feel tingly, so you can tell it's doing something. That being said, I doubt this really does much for young balders. Or any balders, probably.

Only if you are massaging minoxidil,spironolactone, or revivogen. Circulation is not the problem its dht and inflamation.....
