Does My Crown Appear To Be Thinning?

I'm 23 years old. I started finasteride five months ago but stopped after two weeks because of erectile dysfunction, which I'm still trying to recover from. I'm currently using 2% nizoral sh mpoo and considering starting minoxidil. Here are some more pictures and information from a thread I made before I had started finasteride: https://www.gourmetstylewellness.com/intera...emple-recession-and-possible-thinning.115110/

The front of my hair hasn't changed from the photos in that thread from 5 months ago. I took some photos of my crown back then as well, but I deleted them. From what I remember, those old photos of my crown weren't as bad as these current ones.

Hard to say.. You probably know it best. For me, this doesn’t look like crown thinning. Some people just have a whorl like that so it doesn’t have to mean anything. On the other hand, if your crown didn’t look like this before with the whorl, something might be going on.

It took me 6+ months to recover from saw palmetto which for me had sides very similar to what finasteride seems it would have.
I think a lot of PFS sufferers might end up recovering in a year or more. it takes a long time though.

"Erectile dysfunction" or no hair. Both hard as f***, but I would prefer to be able to use my genitals.

Only thing is, the erectile dysfunction isn’t a certainty for most and you won’t know unless you give it a shot while for most, a bald head is if you don’t hop onto meds. I’d prefer a nice head of hair with my package intact :D

Ok thanks for the replies. Should I start minoxidil or just keep an eye on it for now? My hair has been getting thinner in the past 1 1/2 years or so if it's not male pattern baldness I don't know what it is. I haven't been experiencing much stress so that probably isn't the cause. It used to be thick and curly but now it just sits limp with no shape, and feels very fine when I run my fingers through it. Even with wax my hair isn't as thick as it used to be with nothing in it.

I’m in the exact same boat and I don’t even know what I should do.. I’m sorry but I can’t advice you on this, first I have to figure this out for myself!
