Still looks the same tbh. Maybe your regimen has worked more as a maintenance (to keep what you have) for you. Best of luck still

I've never had a buzz cut so I do not.

I hope so. While I feel I've lost density at the hairline it hasn't moved. I'll make another thread in 4 months to compare!

Yeah that was the point so I could show the thinning better. Its true that my case isn't severe, infact just yesterday a poor soul posted here who was a diffuse NW3v at just 18. I feel for that 14yo boy, my forehead is 4 fingers tall so its not huge but it is tall. Add recessioBeing a man sometimes sucks, women don't know how easy they have it!

I'm definitely not a NW1.5 more like a NW2. His hairline is better than mine plus he has a small forehead so it looks extra good. If you check out the pics I posted earlier today I try to show the extent of my thinning, its not uniformly thick like his hair is.
I agree with you about the forehead size. If my forehead was alot smaller I could get away with looking way better than what it looks like now and wouldn't even need a hair transplant. If I could get a forehead reduction with an undetectable scar I would do that instead of a hair transplant.

Isn't forehead reduction just a hairline lowering procedure? If you dermaroll that sh*t it will be next to invisible! ;)

You have a great head of hair, Andy. This is the first time that I've seen your hair.
Thanks man! I'm just about to upload wet hair pics with my hair slicked back so could you give your opinion on that?

Your hair definitely is dense. Even wet it looks thick overall. What is happening is your temple points are retracting back. You are not beyond a NW2. When your head is down your hairline is almost straight across. I would say you are close to a NW2 but not just there yet. I would say you and I have similar hairlines( my temples points are retracting back too) but your density is way better due to your age. Overall, you are doing well so far. I don't see aggressive hair loss like you think you might have. I really think your going to stay that way for at least 10 years or more.

Thanks Dr house, Taking these pictures I realised maybe its not as bad as I think it is as I've never took wet hair pics before. My only concern is my shedding which is about 200 hairs a day. I can take a picture of the fallen hairs tomorrow. When I wake up I can shake out over 100 in 5 minutes.

Don't worry too much about shedding. A lot of times its means your treatments are working. You have excellent density still. Be patient and realize your situation was never as bad as you thought. Once I showed my photos to some experts on here, I realized my situation was never as worse as I see it. I am still not happy with my situation since my density is bad but I do have the coverage.

I'll try! I'm also on multivitamins and Vitamin D3 supplements as I believe I am deficient in Vitamin D ( I never go out in the sun, lowkey vampire ) Hopefully the shedding stops soon :)

If I had a time machine, I would have never worshipped the sun like I did when I was your age and younger. I got deadly skin cancer in my early twenties because of it.

Holy sh*t that's rough I hope you are in the clear now! Do you still go for regular check ups at the hospital? as we all know cancer can come back :\

I feel the same as you, DH. I worshipped the sun till my early 40s, but having ultra-oily skin (even now :() has saved me from looking like a wrinkled prune. What I hate are the white spots (hypopigmentation) caused by too much sun exposure. I'm thinking of trying ginger to reduce their appearance (they're only noticeable to me at this point, and I have none on my face). Anyway, I'm soo, soo glad my sons don't abuse the sun. I don't think deep tans are desirable anymore like they were when I was young. I'm glad your melanoma was caught early!:)

You have literally got this same hairline dont deny it

View attachment 95411

And it looks great on that dude, pull off the same cut and f*** off for good you dont even have hairloss you have a Norwood 1.5 without temple points wich can look bizarre but its not balding

You dont even have the hairline chewed out wich means you are not even receeding anymore
Reminds me of the great Xenophon Anthony.

Honestly , I think you can relax ur regime a bit bro. I dont think you have agressive balding genetics. From what it seems like youll be one of those guys that will be bald around 40 without treatment not in ur 20s.

I agree. His density all over is excellent. His retracted temple points are giving the illusion he is worse than he is.
