Please advise.

Think of it this way: Freeing DHT from tissues allows for better recovery. When you workout you are tearing that muscle so it grows as it rebuilds...removing DHT allows faster healing.
The only thing I don't like about Propecia...is I feel that it is harder to fight off gaining weight. I still workout the same...run the same...eat the same (actually started the South Beach Diet to see if I can shed this stuff around my belly)...but no matter what it seems like I am gaining weight in the mid section. I now have Love Handles... :-x
