Does this guy have male pattern baldness?

Posting video link below. I couldn't find any examples of hair similar to mine before, but my hair looks pretty much EXACTLY like this dude in terms of hairline and thickness. Can't tell if the dude is receding but mine isn't, but it looks thinner at the front like his is. My dad started balding young at about 17, but had a receding hairline. I'm 21 now, so I'm not quite sure what's going on. Do I have male pattern baldness?

If that is the case, I might try propecia unless anyone advises against it?
I'd look far too weird with a shaved head. People tell me I only look like I'm around 16/17, and I'd be more than happy to just maintain what I have.
