Does This Look Like Regrowth On My Crown?

March 1st
First image is two weeks after starting my regimen of 10% min 2x a day

April 6th
2nd photo I have started finasteride and dermapen at 1.5mm 1x a week while continuing to use min.

May 20th
3rd photo is today 3.5 weeks on dutasteride and 1 month on oral min while occasionally still applying 10% at night only.


I feel like my coverage looks better and I’ve seen regrowth but can’t tell if it’s just because my hair is a little bit longer now. Thoughts?

Hard to tell from those photos especially as your hair is a different length in the three photos, but it definitely looks like you've at least maintained. You are on a very powerful regimen which should give you good results. What dosage of oral min are you on?

Yeah I can’t tell if it has thickened up at all. I’ll keep growing it out now that I’m long enough I can use hair fibers again (thank god) I buzzed it then realized I wasn’t ready to give up. I’m taking 5mg oral min a day

To be honest you probably need to give it a good six months or longer before you can expect to see visible regrowth. I recommend you post before and after pictures on here six months down the line and we can give our opinions at that point. These treatments do take a while for their benefits to be cosmetically noticeable.
Like you, I'm also on dutasteride + oral min, but I only use 1.25mg a day of oral min. 5mg a day is a high-ish dose. I wouldn't recommend going any higher than 5mg if by any chance you were thinking of upping your dose, as oral min is powerful and risky stuff.

Honestly I haven’t noticed any side effects at all on 5mg. I’ll stick with it for a while and doubt I’ll up the dosage. My BP has pretty much remained the same and is still fairly high.
