doing kegel exercises and its benefits

while i was youtubing it up i found a vid that tells about kegel exercises and how doing kegels can make you last longer in bed and have better orgasms, and apparently have multiple orgasms.

yea thats right, multiple orgasms.

at first i thought this was bull sh*t, but then i looked at other videos which said the same thing, then i googled "male multiple orgasms" and i got a bunch of articles that say the same thing: "men can have multiple orgasms by doing kegels regularly and have a strong PC muscle (Pubococcygeus muscle).

for you guys that have no idea what im talking about, the PC muscle is the muscle you use to stop the flow of urine midstream.

Basically, you can do the same thing to stop semen from comming out when you squeeze your PC muscle like you would to stop urine from comming out.

whats great is that you can do this and still have an orgasm without ejaculating (dry orgasm) and still maintain your erection!

has any here been able get your PC muscle strong enough to aquire this skill or knows someone who has?

i wanted to post this here because if this is true, then we can have something that women would appreciate more than a head full of hair!
