dont know if saw Palmetto is working, how do I get on finasteride?

Been on saw palmetto and beta sitosterol for a month and not sure if its working (i know its only a month) but I would like to just suck it up and get on finasteride (temples/corners thinning). Any suggestions on how to ease off my current regimen and get on finasteride or should I take them both, one every other day and the other on the off days?

My shedding on SP and Beta sis has been the same as my usual shed for the past 6 months on nothing, however in the last 3 days I noticed more of the shed hairs are the weak and thin hairs from my worst corner/temple. Dont know if that means anything.

You can't expect a nutritional supplement to work in just a month. You have to give it at least 6 months. But I am not saying that SP will work at all, mind you.

I know not to expect anything in a month, as I stated before, however I am regretting getting on it because I would rather be on something that is more proven, like finasteride. How would I go about easing of saw palmetto and beta sis and getting on finasteride. Is it okay to take both?
