This is a very rare case though I am pretty sure. Like you have to be seriously unlucky. The majority of cases go through just fine, in the sense the implanted hair WILL grow. It's just a case of density and does it look fully natural, patient desire v expectation. Those are normally the issues.
Compared to other types of surgeries, hair transplants are really not invasive and has good success. Contrary to what some patients may think.
