Is everything ok down at the Dr proctor factory?

I ordered some more Prox-N on the 28th of last month and im still waiting for it. Ive sent a few emails and ive yet to get a reply.

Its just that normally my orders come in really quickly <5 days.

Ive ran out of prox-n is it going to be catastrophic if i go a few days without?
