Dr. P's NANO with Laser Messiah

Hey everyone,

I just received a 400 diode Laser Messiah. The instructions from OMG say that I should NOT use a shampoo with "sodium lauryl sulfate" in it. I use Dr. Proctor's NANO shampoo, which has "sodium LAURETH sulfate" in it. Should I discontinue the use of the NANO shampoo? What kind of shampoo should I use instead?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Dr. Proctor isn't one of those people who believes that the use of detergents in shampoos (like SLS, for example) is harmful to hair. He's spoken out against that idea numerous times in the past on alt.baldspot. That's just something that some posters on hairloss sites believe.

Plenty of SLS etc-free shampoo out there.

But is sodium LAURYL sulfate the same as sodium LAURETH sulfate?
