Dropped Proscar due to sides, picking up Rivivogen

I had been on proscar for over 3 years and started to develop sides from it so i discontinued use.

That was Oct 08 and i am looking to add something to my current regime as i have lost a lot of hair since stopping.

I am picking up rivivogen to see how i respond to it.

I am currently taking Rogaine Foam 2x a day, Nizoral 3 times per week and Nioxin Shampoo

I am wondering what else i could add that would be beneficial. I was thinking Trioicom and was also wondering what is meant by copper petipides.
