Yes it's the normal range for (in this case) males. My Doctor she doesn't tell me anything, I have to search whatever blood test results mean and what are the purpose of doing them, they don't want you to know anything. I don't trust GP.

haha! My doctor is pretty good..very understanding but for her, it is not like she doesn't want me to know anything! it's more like she herself doesn't know anything at all!

My situation is quite similar to yours I think . Do you have a diffuse loss , including sideburns ? I`ve also been on Avodart for 5 month ,and recently I lose more hair than before .Besides that , I also been on Mino 5% liquid for 7 months . Seems Duta shedding is hitting . So how is your situation now ? How many hairs you lose everyday ?
