Dutasteride killing my hairline

Since starting dutasteride the second time, I have to say I'm pretty shocked at how much my hair line has receded in just a month.

I would say that I lost almost half of an inch. Perhaps there is something to these rumors.

Overall my hair has thickened up quite a bit, though - probably largely because of the minoxidil I also use.

I might switch to propecia next time I place an order. I really like how dutasteride clears up my oily skin though.

It might just be coincidence...the hairline might want to "fall out" so bad that pretty much nothing can stop it....kind of like how some people, no matter how much finasteride\minoxidil they use the hairs just won't grow back.

Ive been on dutasteride for 2 years straight and its done NOTHING for my hair line...

Maybe.

It's dramatic enough that there is now a white ring around the top of my head where the hair that has recently fallen out is reveals my untanned scalp!
