Get an electric clipper with attachments my friend, and maybe a tweezer for eyebrows if they are getting out of control. Pluck fast and it still hurts, so get drunk first!
Just kidding about the last part, but just get electric clippers from Target or something.

unfort. it wont stop...i "trim" my eyebrows and have "plucked" some of my eyebrow and actually it isn't that bad after you do it for a while. It seems like the hair gets weaker and easier to pull out.
I usually pluck out my beard hairs where the beard end or starts?? on my cheek...the line is not straight and it annoys me!! So I pluck away a couple of hairs....hurts but not too bad.
I recommend a nose/ear clipper...or just tweezers oh and a pair of scissors.

Can finasteride in some cases not reduce that kind of hair?

These specific hairs exhibit pronounced robust qualities as years pass due to overall androgen accumulation, not just DHT. Body hair is "site specific" and contingent on various androgens for dependancy. (test/nor test/andro etc as well as ancillary enymes such as 17 beta HSD/3 alpha HSD) Each body site encompasess differing amounts of each listed androgen for growth, not just DHT. In fact, axillary/pectineal/occipital regions are androgen independent, hence, little effect whatsoever with any hairloss treatments.
The elimination of DHT alone will not incur absolute decimation in mature individuals, yet possibly have a slight effect with body DPC areas composed of high affinity DHT synthesis, as of which still
remain less than other flourishing androgens.
