Early December Vs. Today: How’s It Looking?

Some of you on here might know me in here as the dude worrying over absolutely nothing, and rightfully so.

For peace of mind I scheduled a derm appointment (not that anyone cares but I’ll update after I go) for March 20.

In the meantime, here are pictures from the first week of December vs. Pictures from just now.

Is it safe to say a psychiatrist would be a better use of my time rather then a derm?

Might as well see a dermatologist since you have a appointment. Could be the the start of mature hairline too....those red bumps/pimples could be dht attacking your follicles. But other than that still looks good. But your still young. Could get worse.

Given I have virtual no family history, sgljlf I continue to worry? Also can you point out where the bumps are? Thank you for the objective response.

Tbh going back and looking im mistaken its just lighting.....but I don't think you have any problem....your hair and hairline looks great. But you know yourself best....better to be proactive then not. So try and relax and see a dermatologist if it's really bothering you....

I would give my first born son for your current hairline.
With that being said if you already got derm appointment might as well make sure , at 16 my hairline was still perfect so it's no indication to what the future holds..

That's what worries me, the fact that it can go downhill extremely fast. If you were perfect are 16, how old are you and whats it like now? And if you dont want, what's your family history?

I appreciate it a lot. That's what sucks. I had a bowl cut up until freshman year. After that I had my hair gelled back and my hairline looks very similar to what it did back then. So prior to the last 1-2 years, I havent had a haircut that showed my hairline so old pics dont serve to well. But, March 20 i'll either have peace of mind or stress for the rest of my life. Let's hope for the best

That's true, you can lose a lot quite fast. Or it just seems that way because you don't notice or pay attention to that kind of thing until it becomes a problem.

There isn't much there yet to say, it's still basically norwood 1, or even 0 (I'm not good at figuring that out). Just check if you're losing a lot of hair, whether it's your pillow, shower, and comb or brush.

I shampoo once daily and don’t notice anymore than 1 hair. I don’t get strands on my comb. It’s so hard to check when I sleep cause my dog sleeps on my bed, and 2 cats who shed like crazy also run around so my bed sheets are always hairy lol. Thanks for the input tho I appreciate it
