What is the effectiveness of rogaine foam used once a day? is there any or is it completely un-effective?

I used to use the liquid once a day for quite a while and still saw results, so I would imagine that once a day of the foam with it's superior penetration will offer results. I believe there are some folks here using it once a day with success. It definitely should not be completely uneffective, and I've heard it suggested that once a day is as effective as twice a day, although I couldn't say for sure if that's true.

i think if youre gonna use any product youve got to use it as directed at least initially to see if you respond. they do say twice a day for good reason im sure.

The rule of thumb w/ the liquid used to be 1x daily for maintenance, 2x daily for max results and new growth. I'd imagine the same would hold true for the foam.

but then you get a lot of people saying minoxidil isnt to be used for maintenance anyway only for regrowth so....god knows.

i actually shaved with the foam yesterday for an experiment ( i lead a
fulfilling life) not bad actually - melts a bit quickly though.

Foam restored my hairline after 6 months of application, I am still doing it twice a day.
