Actually you could have a point, Does it or does it not go right around his head?
You guys are thinking its a 3" scar, I'm thinking that if you had a close look at it it would go right across the back and up round the other side.
Its in the exact position to be a strip scar it looks to me like the hair at the back is combed down covering the scar but unless you see the other side of his head you cant tell if its the same.
Or maybe I jumped to the wrong conclusion. :shy:
But until I see a clearer pic showing the other side I'm not ruling it out.

Hugh, 43, was dressed in long rags and dirty boots, he head shaved very short and patchy with prosthetic scars attached to his scalp.
You can also see that the scar is not nearly large enough for strip surgery

Actually looking at it again maybe I jumped to conclusions but that is exactly how my scar looks from the side.
I did'nt see the scar ending there I imagined it going right around, sometimes if the hair is long enough at the back you wont see it.

Maybe this is from another procedure or an accident. Looks like it doesn't go all the way around. Does anyone know which surgeries, aside from an hair transplant, leave strip like scars on the occipital and parietal regions of the head?
Regardless, this pic clearly shows us that even with a like a number 5 you can still totally see a massive linear scar; probably more so at a distance. hair transplant scars are always apparent.
