Sup bros. Let's share all our regimen and hair growth supplements here so that people who experience hair loss/balding will have ideas on how to cope up with it. We are all in this together. Let's help each other.

I'll start:
-33 y.o. started balding at 27

Kirland minoxidil 5% extra strength - 2x a day
Finasteride 1mg - 3.5 times a week (every other day)
Derma roller 1.5mm - 1x a week
Nature's bounty hair skin & nails (multivitamins + biotin) - 5000mcg 2x daily
Fish oil 1200 mg softgels - 2x a day
Pumpkin seed oil 1000mg softgels - 1x a day
Vitamin d3 5000iu softgels - 1x every 2 days
Zinc tablet 50mg tablet - 1x every 2 days

You can find these online. Some of the supplements are cheap. I used to have finasteride and minoxidil only as my regimen. I started adding supplements and microneedling during this quarantine time of 3 months, and I can say my hair and facial hair is growing crazy fast. My only goal now and it's really challenging is to thicken my temple and hairline hairs. Post your regimens/routines/supplements too. Like I said we're all in this together. Like every magician, time to reveal our "secrets."

I'm also 33. My hair loss became obvious to me at age 26, but I think that I had actually been gradually losing density for several years before that.

I currently use:

Dutasteride 0.5mg once a day
Minoxidil foam 5% on my temples once a day
Nizoral 2% Mon, Wed, Fri
Multivitamin and 30mg Zinc once a day

I am currently a Nw2.5 on the left side and a Nw2 on the right. I have a very bad family history of male pattern baldness on both sides of the family, and there's no doubt that I would have been in Nw5 territory or worse by now if I'd never treated my hair loss.

I’m 30 started losing probably early 20s, noticed at 27 and been treating for over 2 years now. Gone from diffuse thinning nw2 now thick nw1.5
Regimen:
Brand name propecia 1mg daily
Kirkland rogaine foam twice daily
Been dermarolling 1.5mm weekly for 3 weeks with which I’ve already seen great results

Imo dermarolling has been a great addition and anyone looking to give a boost to their regimen should give it a try!

3x a week finasteride, bamboo brush to replace min and get rid of dandruff, natural shampoo/nizoral/oil 1x week from trichologist.

Just started this regimine a week or two. Hoping for the best now.

Really appreciate you starting this thread! Super helpful to see what’s actually working for people. I’m in a similar boat (early 30s, thinning since late 20s) and just recently started taking my regimen more seriously.

Current stack:

Finasteride 1mg daily
Minoxidil foam 2x daily
Derma rolling 1.5mm once a week
Gruns Hair Gummies (mainly for biotin + vitamins — taste great and easy to stick with)
Omega-3 + Vitamin D3
Collagen powder in my morning shake

Been consistent for about 4 months now and starting to notice some baby hairs coming back around the temples. Still a long way to go, but threads like this really help keep the motivation going.
