Exactly how often do you use Nizoral shampoo?

For those of you who use it, I was wondering exactly how often do you use Nizoral shampoo?

I currently use it every 3-5 days, and I was wondering if I should step up my usage. I'm thinking about changing my relaxed "use it every 3-5 days" routine to a more strict "use it every third day" routine.

I also take 1 mg Finasteride and use 1 mL (twice) of liquid 5% minoxidil each day.

So I was wondering exaclt how often do/did you use Nizoral shampoo, and what your experiences (positive or negative) are/were like?

5-6 times a week -- my hair can handle it.

I use it 4-5 days a week too, all topicals work best applied daily & I don't see why Nizoral should be any different, the limiting factor being whether your hair/scalp can take it so often.

I actually like that it dries my hair out slightly since this adds volume to my hair.

Question about Nizoral, do you need to get a prescription? Do most users buy the over the counter Nizoral or does every nizoral user usually use the prescription version?

so are you saying you only lose hairs when you use nizoral? do you see yourself losing the same amount of hairs when you use another shampoo?

im sure i lose the same amount, but with a thick viscous shampoo, the lather washes out without me noticing the amount of hairs that i lose.
but with nizoral, the lather isnt there as much, so i can actually feel on my hands the hairs as they wash off
