Hey guys for those of you who have been on regime greater than 2+ years i have a question.

Ive been using minixodil 5% and i see its not adding any more growth, to kick start growth is it better to try spectral DNC or should i go with dr procts proxiphen?

Sadly it's the truth. I used minoxidil for about a year and didn't really notice it working too well. Stopped and had a massive shed for a few months...

Have you tried the foam yet? Many guys who've been on minoxidil for awhile are claiming better results now that they've started the foam.

And trying spectral dnc certainly won't hurt. It's got more going for it that just minoxidil.

we're kinda in the same boat.

I just started spectral "yesterday". I'm gonna go w/ 2x daily for maybe the 1st month and then cut back to 1x daily to save some bucks - and probably go w/ the foam for my 2nd application.

Yeah man i feel your pain, im trying to develop the most effective regime, I think im going to go with spectral dnc for the temples, continue using generic min on the crown until i use it up, then switch to the foam.

If this does work i think thats it.
