I just assume mental illness when I see HRT user without before picture. I was nearing nw4 an still didn't use HRT as first treatment option, and guess what im still nw1 in the end.

It doesn't work if the main treatment doesn't work. It also has unpleasant side effects: hirsutism, eyebrow growth, water retention.

Any dose (including topically) caused side effects. Also, since I'm already Norwood 0 and only need support, it makes no sense for me to use Minoxidil. It has no effect on my hair. At least at this stage.

You know, one thing we need to get straight is you saying that I only support you for using TRT. That’s simply not true. This isn’t some philosophical clannish beef about one substance being morally superior to another. Perhaps we have had a mutual misunderstanding. Doing HRT for hair is one thing. I know you aren’t trying to transition, and thus you are not in the same category as others here. It’s the crazies who say “transitioning” is superior to accepting your true gender that I have beef with. No one will argue against the fact that HRT is the most effective treatment for hair loss. But it’s also important to acknowledge that it comes with side effects - it’s not some magic solution to every single problem. It has its advantages for certain issues and for certain individuals. To claim every man should transition is beyond asylum status

Dutasteride makes hair worse. Im way better off that crap than on it. It increases T too much.
