Nope, didn’t really work for me just seemed to cause more upregulation.r you still using topical bicalutamide?
what are you doing now?You were afraid of upoing dose?Nope, didn’t really work for me just seemed to cause more upregulation.
Was already on a high dose of it, massive dose and it wasn’t working. In fact it caused more itching and acne etc. You have to figure, aside from receptor upregulation, it also raises T quite a bit. Bica works by outnumbering the androgens in volume, but molecule for molecule it has a very weak affinity for AR. It’s certainly no match for DHT. The other factor most people don’t realize is that all that excess T can still be converted to DHT via intracellular mechanisms. Even if you are on a 5ARI we already know that the significant blockage occurs in the serum. However, these drugs only block scalp DHT by 50%. This is because, unlike T, DHT is a paracrine hormone (it is produced in the local cells). Thus, the spike in serum T from bica can reach the scalp to the cells of the hair follicle and be converted to DHT. Not all of it, but some of it will be enough to continue to do the damage, especially since the AA will upreg AR.what are you doing now?You were afraid of upoing dose?

scalp itch and hair loss is very common and i think is mainly a problem with the ARWas already on a high dose of it, massive dose and it wasn’t working. where can i join or who i should ask for the discord server?I recommend you Google and Reddit, there is enough information about HRT there.
@exwhyyouwho is?Can you tag him
is he ok if i am not gay and not trans but willing to do this only for hair?
I’m not sure. He’s very weird but he might be okay since you’re considering HRT.is he ok if i am not gay and not trans but willing to do this only for hair?
btw mr slaphead did you try dutasteride?Im on 0.5 and i think my libido is much much lower but i still get hard and f*** hot b****s
You have solid hair. If you are concerned about maintaining, you really don’t need that extreme of a regimen. Unless you want regrowth. Personally I would focus on a healthy regimen that is sustainable long term. If you go on HRT, imagine how much the drug will affect you since you are already sensitive to dutasteride. I’d make slight changes to your regimen to maintain, and go to a top transplant doctor.do you guys think my hair loss is bad?What should i do to keep my current hair state for like 4ever?
wich kind of slight changes?I dont wanna hear about hair transplants anymore!f*** that i just want to maintain this baseline as long as i liveI’m not sure. He’s very weird but he might be okay since you’re considering HRT.
Yes dutasteride gave me worse hair. You can read about reports on this, it happens for some people. Interestingly I didn’t have that bad of sides, which makes sense since hair was worse and acne too. That’s upregulation for you.

10 months dutasteride and 8 months. on 5 oral minYou only have been on your regimen 2 weeks bro? lol
Dutasteride for 1.5 years destroyed my hair and gave sexual sides. Finasteride gave me a permanent sexual side effect. These drugs sucks. I also used oral min for 5 months while on Dutasteride. 15 to 20mg. Did f*** all. Im today way better off hairloss drugs.10 months dutasteride and 8 months. on 5 oral min
Your hair doesn’t look bad. Only thing you can do is add a topical like RU10 months dutasteride and 8 months. on 5 oral min
