For the billionth time: estrogen does feminize you, but not enough to present as a woman, only to look weird as a man.

I am just trying to assess how this "weirdness" can be mitigated and what the ratio is between luck and effort.

It doesn't feminize anything. I know from experience that estrogen changes absolutely nothing about your face. It's basically just a testosterone blocker that prevents further masculinization and gives you manboobs. It's an uncontrolled substance and easy to get everywhere because of how useless it is, its just a glorified skincare/hair loss supplement.

I already have a chad jawline because I have ver low body fat% even on face, but that person's jaw is that big that you can see it even with facial fat. Mine gets more rounded when I gain fat but that person can't even hide the jawline

The one secret nobody has answered yet is how to keep a reasonably masculine face on HRT and prevent becoming a strong "butch lesbian" or an uncanny man. I cannot imagine your faces would look manly if you have started HRT in early twenties.

If you simply castrate yourself, your face will not feminize, although the hair growth will be worse. Estradiol is not just a blocker, it acts on the estradiol receptors and feminizes you. Unfortunately, I do not have photos of my face before estradiol (I have 2.5 months), but after 5 months I saw noticeable changes in my face. The fat tissue on the face is redistributed, the eyes become more open, and your appearance is more harmless and childish. I like androgyny, so I do not mind such changes.

Dustasteride is alright to take if you are female or transgender. In the United States high amounts of the drug is used for
sex change operations. The half life is very long.

1mg finasteride is enough to turn most men into women. thats why we are just taking full transgender hrt, if we have to become women in order to regain hair then we might as well become pretty ones with higher estrogen levels.

Personally shedding means nothing, positive or negative for me. I barely shed anything on dutasteride and oral min it was insane actually but hair got nuked fast as hell anyways. You always need estradiol while on dutasteride or finasteride or say bye bye hair. The solo finasteride and dutasteride results you see on reddit are all fake. Same with min. It simply doesnt work. Doctors should prescribe estradiol with finasteride. That should be the new standard treatment. If a man is dead serious about keeping his hair that is.

There are a few real before and afters but they're all using estradiol and Bica and they're either paid to advertise finasteride/dutasteride or too ashamed to admit they're on hrt. I guess the hair transplant industry would be dead if everyone knew that you'll need hrt in order to keep your hair after a transplant so they're paying people to make these fake posts. Sad.
