the only thing i dont get is if hrt shuts down balls and is essentially chemical castration why remove your gonadas.
I mean in terms of HAIR results wouldnt chemical castration be the f*****g same as surgical castration??

Do a blood test first of T, DHT, Androstenedione, DHEA-S and 3a diol g, then after you get your results you can evaluate if you need it or not

Every other day is ok if your androgens are in castrate range

Seems like you dont need bica. I would also add androstenedione and DHEA-S on your need blood test, that way you can be sure those are not converting into other androgens locally

No, my dht is messed up since last year. It started to lower again in the last blood test but still on the male range

The male range of DHT on my lab is from 17.5 ng/dl to 91.3 ng/dl

If one wants less medication the only path to follow is unironically surgical orchi, without balls you can use very low e2 levels just not to get menopause. This is not a choice everyone would pick but that is the one i choosed. It also saves a lot of money in the long term
