Ye, its not bad. Although, many of this androgens and their metabolites are highly understudied, so too much room for speculation. For example, Androstanedione, which converts to DHT via SRD5A1 and is formed from Androstenedione (and DHEA) is almost not studied at all. Some people even confuse them, as well as Androstenediol and Androstanediol and some are using their full names in their articles, which is a minfuckery of its own. =)holy f*** this is gold. i love the poster's attitude and knowledge wow. if anyone at GourmetStyleWellness hq cared about this thread this sh*t would be pinned to the top.
Looked at your levels. but i dont have much time to dive deep into it atm. First impression is that either you really had insuline resistance crisis (lol) around March, or you tried smth like cypro or spironolactone, because all your androgens tanked pretty significantly, which is not typical for mono E. And around June it kinda looks like you started a high dose of Bicalutamide to me, which can elevate levels of pretty much every andogen and kinda complicates the calculations. Your 3-Alpha Diol-G (which is the main marker of both reductases and backdoor pathway) is kinda low, so IMO, you'll be ok, especially considering your last LH levels.Lol who said I take sugar? I have an healthy diet and barely eat any sugar
I only took CPA first 6 months of hrt but that was even before these blood test so idk what could have happened. Never used spironolactone more than a week ever and def not in that dateLooked at your levels. but i dont have much time to dive deep into it atm. i did the opposite of that, I have been lowering bica since march 2024, i use 25 mg three times per week nowAnd around June it kinda looks like you started a high dose of Bicalutamide to me, which can elevate levels of pretty much every andogen and kinda complicates the calculations.
Yeah i thought that at first but my body is not matching those values. I feel like I have way less feminization than before even with very low levels of 3adiol G. About LH I think killing my balls lowered the remainin LH but it was low before anyways.Your 3-Alpha Diol-G (which is the main marker of both reductases and backdoor pathway) is kinda low, so IMO, you'll be ok, especially considering your last LH levels.
Yeah I have always been pretty scared because I have seen so many horror stories on reddit about prog increasing DHT, but tbh I don't have anything to lose anymore since my DHT doesn't seem to get lower with anything, tho 100 mg prog might be kinda placebo.Pretty suprised that you just trying Prog only now btw. =)
Hm, interesting. Seems like some enzyme upregulation then. Hard to tell which one, cause nothing on tests stands out, Its a pity we dont have 17-OHP and Cortisol data in March, could be helpful. Mb you were on some other medications around March, or mb a fasting or smth? Cause i can only explain this decline by insulin/cholesterol issue otherwise, which recalibrated the whole steroidogenesis.I only took CPA first 6 months of hrt but that was even before these blood test so idk what could happen.

Well, that might have been a mistake, cause Prog's half life is super low and i really doubt it can cause any systemic upregulation.Yeah I have always been pretty scared because I have seen so many horror stories on reddit about prog increasing DHT, but tbh I don't have anything to lose anymore since my DHT doesn't seem to get lower with anything, tho 100 mg prog might be kinda placebo.
I dont really did a big change, only in june I started to lose a lot of kg (i got myself to 16 BMI in August) but on march nothing happened. My body is so weird I will prob never understand it, cause I also have a lot of issues gaining weight and fat in general, no matter how much I eat.Hm, interesting. Yeah and also I will use 100 mg so the risk is even lower vs 200 mg i guessWell, that might have been a mistake, cause Prog's half life is super low and i really doubt it can cause any systemic upregulation.
I will see in late may/early june. I hope something works.... I have been so depressed ever since my dht got high again and after I lost all my hrt glowIt'll be really funny if it works now tho. =)
100mg worked for me, but i felt like it lasted less (like 8 hours). At 200mg i was pretty stable the whole day.Yeah and also I will use 100 mg so the risk is even lower vs 200 mg i guess
Hope so too. =)I will see in late may/early june. I hope something works....
I will first do a blood test after some time on 100 mg then I will try 200 mg is everything is ok100mg worked for me, but i felt like it lasted less (like 8 hours). At 200mg i was pretty stable the whole day.
Prob will never be able to do it. I am scared with the idea of stopping everythingBtw, i heard from Powers and some others that the best way to deal with upregulation is stoping all drugs for a month, so might be a plan B
bruv before you said that hrt its very individual in stopping hair loss. But can you explain me why since it leads to T levels sometimes lower than 20 ng dl?Isnt hrt a chemical castration?100mg worked for me, but i felt like it lasted less (like 8 hours). At 200mg i was pretty stable the whole day.

I inject 10mg every 2-3 weeks and that's enough. I did 15mg before and overdosed over time due to the cumulative effect. The standard dosage is 10mg every 2 weeks, start with that.@Almas_NW0 im injecting 0.4 ml (16 mg) een 40mg/ml once every 14 days subq on the belly.(im also taking cypro sometimes 75 mg a week and sometimes 100 mg)
Do you think that is ok injecting every 14 days even if halflife is like 7 to 10 days ?(couldnt be a problem since i doubled the dosage).
On this regimen my results were e2 429 pg ml and T 0.24 ng dl the day of the next injection.
I wonder how were my levels right after the injections and im worried that too high E can cause problems with shbg and making it less effective for hair.
Ps sorry im sorry if i was rude to you man
Also if anyone knows can answer thank you everyone
you knew that you overdosed by blood test? However i dont care about a little overdosing all i want is that it can be effective for my hair...Im following the box who say 16 mg every 2 weeks for mono but since im on androcur eod e2 came out 429 pg ml the day of the next injection.I inject 10mg every 2-3 weeks and that's enough. I did 15mg before and overdosed over time due to the cumulative effect. The standard dosage is 10mg every 2 weeks, start with that.
Yes, I would recommend starting with that, it will work for 99% of people. A high dose may be good for the tests at first, but after a few months the cumulative effect of accumulation will change the situation. Is 10 mg every 2 weeks the standard dosage for enanthate?
Subq of coursedo you inject IM or subq
wdym by change the situation? That it cant benefit hair?Yes, I would recommend starting with that, it will work for 99% of people. A high dose may be good for the tests at first, but after a few months the cumulative effect of accumulation will change the situation.
Subq of course
