I actually think that body can't just decide to exchange some androgen with another one, it kinda happens by itself with some complex variation of natural selection via stress response. I'm not 100% sure tho, need to do more research.

Yeah. Also making DHT is easy for the body because there are so many pathways and it is the most potent androgen.

Yeah this is sh*t. I have even considered DIY orchi lately. The constant ball pain is crazy and doctor do nothing about it. I've contacted few ppl that has done it DIY lol. Im crazy and desperate af but idc

Find another doctor. Tell him that your balls are ishemik and that you lately feel excruciating pain most of the time, that doesn't allow you to sleep, or eat well. Before you go, try not to get enough sleep to look more exhausted. While describing symptoms, don't lie, just over exaggerate every symptom pain wise, they'll have to do smth about that. If it worked for my friend with plain varicocele, i'm sure it'll work for you.

I've tried. I have had 6 ultrasounds and countless blood test. When I tell them I have horrible pain they just tell me to take ibuprofen. They wanted to inject me with testosterone cause they said my low T is making my tissue not to recover so imagine the level

True actually. I got zero scalp pain and very very very very rarely scalp itch but I wont ever stop finasteride and oral min.
