Yeah it is beyond crazy. Guy seems to never heard about tretinoin for skin or maybe isotretinoin micro dose if his wrinkles are pretty bad
i will elaborate more on that i am already on low dose accutane as per the photoaging study which didn't do anything for my wrinkles and i have an extensive knowledge of skincare and i even perform at home diy mesotherapy / transdermal electroporation with a bunch of skinbooster and other anti aging injectable just my skin is fucked up and unfortunnately for me i can't tolerate anything topically due to an inflammatory skin disease so tretinoin isn't an option same goes for any type of laser or microneedling/ chemical peel procedure.

i want to do hrt because i'm not able to stop my hairline from receeding with dutasteride and also because it's the only thing is saw that has such a drastic effect on skin aging .

but maybe i'm wrong and the skin deaging effect isn't prononced for everyone

If you are gonna do for hair when you have tried everything I can understand. But for skin? Cmon man that's no sense.

Having good skin is not that hard, getting hair is the true challenge. And some times not even HRT helps
having good skin after 30 when you can't handle tret or any actives is hard af as a man actually most got atrocious skin when estrogen aren't keeping you youthfull in the face combine with low androgen levels

I know ppl that didnt get much differences. I got very little improvements, and it wasnt in aging itself, just slightly shrunken pores, they are still visible but bit smaller, but that was mostly because I produce no oil at all, wrinkles are still there tho

You use oral min?
i tried as dose as huge as 7.5mg + dutasteride 2.5 still my hairline kept on receeding and the chest pain was atrocious . weirdly i was covered in vellus down to Norwood-1 but the actual hairline still kept going.

for reference i got better results using topical min 5% twice a day than oral for my hairline

I didnt fully stop mine and the diffuse is still there, but who knows you might be lucky and recover tour hair. Gyno is 100% ensured, hip widening won't happen your bones has already fused long time ago and height loss is a myth tbh

just there is a trend i noticed that all the women that uses min rarely got any wrinkles and keep a perfect skin while most men got atrocious wrinkly skin and that is also happening to me more and more . so i was assuming E was what keeping their skin youthifull

Im 25(almost 26) and started hrt 3 years ago at age 22(almost 23)
sorry to bother you but you had wrinkles when you started ? i think at 22 it's hard to get a good comparasion? i started getting my first concerning forehead lines due to minoxidil at 25/26 i think and things went downhill real fast at 30
