I'm a cisgender man. There are changes I don't care about or even find pleasant, and there are those I find unpleasant. Breasts fall into the latter category.

Yes, it's certainly not crazy, since the choice was between becoming ugly (read: "ruining my life." It's important to understand that a complete loss of attractiveness significantly reduces the quality of life) and to start HRT and continue living a full life.
