past is the past, now you have to move on, and accept what happened, surgical castration might help but not guaranteed in your case, I really want to help you to find a working protocol but it is hard and complicated, worse case scenario, you can get a hair system or a transplant, how about taking testosterone for a while to calm down the receptors and then go on lupron cold turkey, I am sure there is a way to undo the damage but I am, not a doctor and not really smart in this field, good luck brother, I wish you the best, stick around and keep experimenting, we will find this battle to the last breath, keep fighting! and f*** baldness
I will try to keep my regimen until january 2022. If its definitively not working .... I will give up and maybe get an hair system. I cannot take testosterone, I'm afraid of testosterone, I mean it. The last time I let testosterone come back ... it was a nightmare, the pain was even higher. And I'm afraid to be even more manly. I know I should give up but I cannot accept that there is no hope. I'm trying very high dose estradiol. But I cannot try high dose testosterone (I could take Tamoxifen, my testosterone level will be really high ... but no it's to scary).
Bye my 666th message :/
