I will try to keep my regimen until january 2022. If its definitively not working .... I will give up and maybe get an hair system. I cannot take testosterone, I'm afraid of testosterone, I mean it. The last time I let testosterone come back ... it was a nightmare, the pain was even higher. And I'm afraid to be even more manly. I know I should give up but I cannot accept that there is no hope. I'm trying very high dose estradiol. But I cannot try high dose testosterone (I could take Tamoxifen, my testosterone level will be really high ... but no it's to scary).

yeah strangely enough, with AA and estrogen, your penis works perfectly during sex but the sense of pleasure and the power of orgasming and the sex drive are destroyed for some odd reason, even on a high estrogen dose it is the same case, i don't get spontaneous erections anymore,but I can get hard if I want to but no feelings what so ever

For my part it's not because of estradiol, but because I used Dutasteride/Finasteride (PFS). But for you ... maybe it's because of the surgery. Or maybe because your body is not yet used to estrogen. You could try with a vibrator .. maybe you need something new to get some pleasure.
I'm sure you will have your sex-drive back in a few momths, maybe in a different way.

yeah that's why bald men bulk up and grow their beard for the sake of this "attention shift" logic but it doesn't work and they end up looking too intimidating which scare away the females, and being bald and skinny will leave looking like a cancer patient, so that's why many of them lose hope and stop caring about their appearance because they lack control, and are too afraid to give up masculinity for hair,some are even scared to take Propecia lol
