@Bagels I have a close relationship with my primary care and as long as I can prove to them with studies they get me what Im willing to try. I can be persuasive.

But I didn't stick with it long enough. I was a month in. Thankfully no side effects and I believe that I am sensitive to any treatment involving these hormones/steroids.

I know Bridge was using it as well and Im sure he actually stuck with it. I am trying to set up something new. Will report here if any good comes of that........this sh*t is killing me yo. The depression is real

I was on 200mg for 2months. And I was increasing to that amount for 2 months.
I quit and was off it 2 months. All I can say is I am not the same as I was before. I used to get super horny a lot. I don’t anymore and I used to ejaculate a lot. I definitely don’t now (whether letrozole had a role in that I don’t know but I’ve been off that a month now too) . On spironolactone my sperm was clear or no existent. It did go white again when off spironolactone so I’m pretty sure white sperm is fertile, probably wrong though. But the amount of sperm is half of what I used to produce.
But you’ve been in 400mg for months and your currently on 300mg. You’ve probably tanked your balls. If you want kids you need to lower your dosage big time.

How much lower? Because It seems to be working for me.

Ok, guys, I need your help. On spironolactone, I have clear Sperm, and my tests are decreasing in size. For the last two months, I am on Xanax 0.5 mg. Can it be a contributing factor as well? Shall I stop spironolactone and hop on bicalutamide 50 mg. I can manage gyno with surgery, but I don't want to lose my testicular function. @KSA ; would you like to advise me?

i got fuller cheeks last year
not with E2 alone

fuller cheeks isnt a female feature... men and women can have fuller cheeks too

its a mix of higher E2, a little bit more DHEA (maybe max 10mg per day in a cycle) and a cycle of Progesterone (but NOT too much..it kills the fuller cheeks)



you need androgen + estrogen for fuller cheeks



fuller cheeks and a head full of hair are my 2 goals

Im nearly three months on spironolactone, im going to give it a break for a month, my libido is dire, orgasms are weak as anything , i know some of these sides wouldn't bother some on here but they bother me. I will see what im like after a month break.

150mg, 12+days and I'm still horny AF lol

I have hit four months since I started my regimen, and I am feeling depressed about my results... I am aware that there is a significant improvement, but it doesn't change the fact that my hair is still significantly thin. The hairs which are growing are on my scalp, and are significantly shorter than my normal-length hairs; it makes my hair still appear thin, but there's a 'shadow' on my scalp. I just wish I could teleport to a few months and see what the future holds for me!!!
