As I understand it, progesterone will 1) inhibit conversion of T to DHT; 2) stimulates folicle growth; 3) and reduces T production. So why aren't more people incorporating progesterone into their regimens?
because its a precursor to a million other things! but yes progesterone itself is good, just don't use too much

Lol tbh i am unsure what a chiseled jaw looks like but being on estrogen my jaw has become more defined and less rounded / squarish than it was before.

I took it last night when i was out of it lol, but my cheeks are filling in and im losing fat on my jaw
So peaceful

What's your take on genistein? It is a phytoestrogen. Would that be the closest thing to a natural estrogen promoter?
I think phytoestrogens are usually pretty weak, (but purea mirifica contains the strongest phytoestrogen).. and isoflavones from soy might help if one is an Equol producer (but not everybody has the right kind of gut bacteria, from what i've read long ago)

@bridgeburn i think i am only starving 24/7 when im taking cypro too because i started taking it again and now i am soooooo hungry omg i can eat an elephant.
haha, probably because its a progestin.. progesterone increases appetite, thats why it goes up in pregnant women!

I told them I am 'non-binary' and that testosterone makes me feel uncomfortable in my own body. I mentioned bicalutamide and described it greatly, in which he told me that I am 'more educated' than him in terms of hair loss. It's 'harder' to get because most doctors don't know about it; I was prescribed spironolactone (which has a much more significant rate of gynecomastia) easily, so I can assume that the double-check of bicalutamide is because they don't know what it is.
How long have been your docs researching bica?

They are dermatologists or oncologists? The ones you asked bica about.

A dermatologist and endocrinologist. An oncologist are for those who have cancer, which is why bicalutamide is generally prescribed by them (since it's a prostate cancer medication). Realistically, to get prescribed bicalutamide, you would have to speak to an endocrinologist or gender-specialist.

No no.. Please stop this crap. Beauty is completely, I repeat completely objective. That it's is subjective is a leftist way of covincing themselves.
I agree. Beauty is the result of good face proportions. But sometimes opinions differ though.

I know a Doctor who prescribes finasteride. I am going to get an appointement in the future and get finasteride. I will also introduce him to bica, this way he can suck all the time he want doing research as I give finasteride a year to test its efficacy on me :p
If you get any update from your docs, please inform us.

@bridgeburn Thanks a lot for the in-depth response man. You rock!

In the case of temporal regrowth, I partially agree with your analysis. I think the more the merrier BUT, I strongly believe estrogen alone can regrow hair there. It is specifically designed to regrow frontal/temporal hairs.

Here is a study you probably read which highlights how estrogen beta is site and specifies-dependent. This study by far should win an academy award (pay attention to the title >
The Hair Follicle as an Estrogen Target and Source):

Didn't work for me. For many months I saturated my scalp with E2 and only saw minimal regrowth during the 2 month period when I used oral minoxidil. When I stopped min, no more regrowth...continued frontal loss. Just like you, I believed E2 would be the most powerful weapon for hairline area, but even though some studies support this, it just didn't work for me :(

Mate mate.. It is subjective in very narrow spectrum. For eg., you may like kriten more than Emma while your friend may think Emma is more beautiful, but one can't deny na that they both are above 8. So beauty is completely objective - it's just that our brain perceives things differently at different time yet espousing all the things we've gotten through evolution.

I am not entirely sure how beauty is perceived, but i suspect our genetics play a role in what type of face we are most attracted to and there's some psychology to it and visual aesthetic plays a role along with neurotransmitters, but on a basic non-in-depth level every one has their own idea of what is beautiful based on their favorite colors and shapes. Sometimes you can look at someone and feel like you've just taken a dose of morphine and sometimes you can look at someone and just think to yourself wow they are so beautiful but feel nothing.
Beauty is complex. But we all can agree no entity would perceive beauty in us without hair :p

Just wait mate, SJWs would start a revolution for bald people just like they did for fat people. It's just it made fat people more sensitive to judging among other things and similarly it'd make things worse for bald(ong) people.

Having found this thread, I doubt I'll ever be bald. I doubt anyone here would go full bald. We have what it takes to stop this disease. (I am having those "victory" moments, opposed to the depressive moments lol, they make me genuinely happy, which is rare these days :( )

I am curious to know what E2 formula did you use? Was it beta? Alpha doesn't do jack sh*t. Can you define "many months"? How long did you use E2 for?
Estrogel and Divigel (essentially the same)-Multiple bloodwork tests confirm massive systemic absorption so I know concentration at follicles was high during this 8-month experiment. Applied it everyday; twice a day on temples.
