I answer this question fairly frequently but unfortunately a person can appear inter-sex down there to the point where one looks inter-sex meaning the genitalia and area above the genitalia appear like a female-mons with a pseudo-orifice in the scrotum. The scrotum thickens and takes on a labia majora appears. Orgasms are female and manipulation down there becomes clitoral in function meaning up and down motions don't work only vibrational movements and circular movements work. The foreskin which I didn't much of, grew back and the appearance is that of the clitoral hood.

If a person maintains erections every few days some of these effects might be avoidable. Serms might help avoid some of these. Strangely enough, libido was worse with mixed T and E2 levels but then got better once E2 went above 300pg/ml but libido is much less compulsive under an estrogen regime. Anyone with a partner or who wants a family needs to discuss it with her first (unlike me) and bank sperm. Some folks mileage may vary but it's all an improvement to me psychologically and sex-wise.

Kevin tried flutamide topical but he got many side effects, he said it was very effective.

Great start! But up something to AA as well, to completely stop it... maybe even for ever.

AA can be taken orally or topically. I prefer orally, I personally would enjoy the AA effects: less oil production, less pimbles and acne cleansing etc.
AND WAAY MORE EFFECTIVE.

This is why a higher concentration of fluridil may work. Some guys on this forum got their hands on something like 7-8%. Not going to be a game changer by any means but it might be a nice option for those who are sensitive to sides and are just looking to maintain.

On Bicalutamide/Flutamide sexual side effects are less than with finasteride or dutasteride lol
So says the science and theory...

BUT these drugs will change you totally. Dont take hormones as a cis-men. The last thing a cis guy should take is, Bicalutamide. More than that is dangerous, a mans rule is NOT to take estrogens.

The penis is not transplanted. That's FtM's who don't want to grow their clitoris. For MtF's, the penis is separated into a clitoris and a separate ureuthra and miniaturized. We have one more or less foolproof method called vulvoplasty where one looks female but lacks the orifice, Vaginoplasty is much riskier and more painful. The body actually treats the opening as a wound so constant dilation is required. Both are much more authentic than FtM surgery but FtM's can approach a juvenile penis size through T use and/or application.
