it's not visible to the eyes but i can feel it and its sore to the touch.
Lymph is a salty liquid that cleanses the body, for this I eat enough salt and salt enough food, because the lymph must be alkaline from salt. Before eating, I always lick a handful of salt from my palm. !

The lymph node is swollen, it started after raising Cyproterone from 12.5mg to 25mg, im going to go back to 12.5 and see what happens
I advise you to stop therapy temporarily. Regulate the lymphatic system. Before eating, consume a handful of salt from your palm. I also advise you to salt food! This will help the lymph to remove toxins and decomposition products from you!
[/ QUOTE]
I'll try that, ive been taking it every day. So ill try every other day.
CPA is not only an anti-androgen (progestin), but also an anti-estrogen that also kills estradiol! Chess order !!!

Early androgenetic alopecia (Androgenetic Alopecia) is a pathological hair loss that occurs before the age of 30 years. Early Androgenetic Alopecia in men is often described as the phenotypic equivalent of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in women, which carries the risk of developing obesity, metabolic syndrome, and cardiovascular diseases.
Men with early AHA can be considered as male phenotypic equivalents of women with PCOS. They may be at risk of developing the same complications associated with PCOS, such as obesity, metabolic syndrome, IR, cardiovascular diseases and infertility.

Yeah my endocrinologist debunked that study- it’s outdated and untrue. Also PCOS or rather Stein-Levanthal syndrome is a metabolic disorder most often presenting itself without cysts and can often be treated with lifestyle changes. Androgen sensitivity in your scalp is frustrating and we all hate but let’s not get crazy here.
@Ikarus : I saw your before and after. You’re doing great! And you’re getting the best of bicalutamide by taking e with it. I promise you will not be logging back in here by 12 months time. Your dry skin is an indicator of androgen suppression. I shed tons on Flutamide but I never cared because I always regrew it and then some. Keep going : ) sending you the best vibes !!!

Men would have started to be treated with female hormonal drugs long ago, but they will tell you that bald head is normal, there is no reason to worry, all men are bald! Female and male androgenic alopecia have the same foundation and you need to treat it with drugs alone! for the adrenal glands, testicles, prostate gland. All the same and same organs produce hormones by replacing testosterone with estradiol. But there are endocrine disorders and for some reason the testicle stops producing estradiol or producing It can be smaller in number. It can also be a female ovary. It can also be an adrenal gland. Or the prostate gland can also be found in women and men!

I was feeling depressed about my results for a few days, since it's not much in all honesty. But I shouldn't expect to my hair to have complete density at three months, especially with how drastic my hair loss is. I was guessing that my skin becoming dry is an indicator of androgen suppression; sometimes it becomes unbearably dry to the point that my face feels tight, even after using an extensive skincare routine.

And, taking estrogen with bicalutamide is the best choice in all honesty. It lowers T significantly (preventing up-regulation) so if I decided to stop bicalutamide (once I decide whether to pursue surgical castration) there wouldn't be the issues posed.

Thank you for your support! :)

I agree... It's widely accepted that men become bald one day, and it's often joked about. Although, I don't think people realise the legitimate issues of androgenic sensitivity. I am happy if others can accept becoming bald, but I just hope they don't look past the bodily issues that may pose in the future.

Yes, I used to use a very heavy anti-aging moisturiser when I started Flutamide at 20 - not for ageing obviously, but for intense dryness and lizard-like flaking. It will even itself out in time though. I remember the CEO of Kiehl’s was shocked to hear I used Rosa Arctica. I didn’t join the dots back then.
Use very gentle soaps, and don’t wash your hair daily.

You’ve had massive progress in only 3 months - imagine what you’re going to accomplish in 24 : ) My best regrowth from Flutamide (and I’m sure this is true for all hair loss meds) came late - in 2013 ~ and then by 2015 it was really fantastic. I used to get bouts of dysphoria even in 2015, but what a waste of time that was and I wish I sought therapy for my body dysmorphia then.

Yes, Flutamide or bicalutamide without e or some sort of anti-gonadotrophic drug will f*** up a cis-man’s HPA because you just keep producing more and more androgens - free and total. That’s why I’m curious about CPA if and when I decide to return to antiandrogens. I’m contemplating Dutasteride but I’m very daunted by all the accounts on here of Dutasteride back firing. I took it while on a Flutamide and it did increase my androgens that we’re for a while consistent, high, but consistent.

Interestingly, my skin has phases during the winter and summer and requires a change of routine otherwise hell breaks loose. I have a unique skin-type which requires particular attention; it’s acne-prone, dehydrated, dry and sensitive. I wash my hair every four to six days (which is probably my favourite ‘side effect’ of bicalutamide).

I am mainly focusing on an increase in density since my hairline isn’t an issue. After seeing Bridge having such a significant increase of density at the six month mark, it has lead to me setting subconscious goals. I am desperate for an improvement in density! Sometimes I feel as if I am being punished for all of my wrong-doings in life; it’s as if these complications are never ending. It makes me want to give up and die by my own sword sometimes...

How much did you lose muscle mass? I expected that the increase will be in the *** but there it was not formed. Perhaps for some reason, dihydrotestosterone does not allow estradiol fat to be postponed there. Because there is a prostate gland in men. breast because of high dihydrotestosterone 900 versus 350 estradiol. It is necessary to press dihydrotestosterone in the prostate gland. Then at least some sort of *** will be visible!

Can high doses of estradiol successfully fight with dihydrotestosterone if you swallow 3 tablets of estradiol and one under the tongue. They will be concentrated near the prostate gland.
