For several days in a row I took every 4 hours 2 ml of estradiol. In the evening my *** increased slightly. But it is too expensive.

How much did you lose muscle mass? I expected that the increase will be in the *** but there it was not formed. Perhaps for some reason, dihydrotestosterone does not allow estradiol fat to be postponed there. Because there is a prostate gland in men. breast because of high dihydrotestosterone 900 versus 350 estradiol. It is necessary to press dihydrotestosterone in the prostate gland. Then at least some sort of *** will be visible!

My butt continues to grow... It’s getting bigger and bigger!

Sometimes I feel as if I am being punished for all of my wrong-doings in life; it’s as if these complications are never ending. It makes me want to give up and die by my own sword sometimes...

***chiming in***

I used to perceive all aspects of my life in this way. As if everything happens for a reason and everything isn’t at the root completely random or that we all aren’t essentially bugs on a rock floating in the universe. Once I became aware of my hairloss and began to learn about/understand it I have since attached all of my guilt and doubt/insecurity to this disease. It’s been two years now and for a long time it seemed like every meal with dairy, carbs, or gluten, every sip of alcohol, every night of sleep short of 9 hours, etc etc were just me sacrificing my hair to be in a good mood or just get by. You have to moderate these things but for the most part you have to let go of thinking that abstaining will make a difference.

In 2019 the drugs are the only thing that can change the course of our hair situations. Just decades ago we didn’t even have them so spend less time punishing yourself and more time learning to understand the drugs so that you can use them to beat this disease for as long as physically possible. Cheers.

my body hair is thinning out, going from dark and thick to clear and small.
I want to try progesterone in the fight against dgt in the body. If progesterone in conjunction with estradiol in the vehicle didn’t grow breasts and they began to smear the chest with progesterone, dgt / testosterone was apparently inhibited in that place and the chest began to grow. prostate gel progesterone.

I will use any drug, and I won’t stop using them until I have permanently beaten hair loss... If drugs don’t work greatly enough I will get surgically castrated, whilst using bicalutamide and estradiol. People might think it’s crazy but I just don’t want to deal with this stupid disease!!

Do you have a lot of body hair? groin, loin, chest? legs?

Yes, a lot. Although, the body hair is significantly reducing. If I slightly tug on my body hair, I get around five to ten hairs... And my bed is covered in body hair! It sheds a lot...

@Ikarus look at this, it shows that R-Bicalutamide binds to the DHT binding site. Dutasteride may not be necessary in combinations with Bicalutamide and you could possibly cut it and save money.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/agricultural-and-biological-sciences/bicalutamide

"A 1.8-Å resolution X-ray crystal structure of the this mutant with R-bicalutamide shows that it binds at the dihydrotestosterone binding site for the wild-type androgen receptor (Figure 28).49 The CF3 moiety is buried in the hydrophobic cavity at the ligand binding site and has weak polar interactions with the neighboring side-chain C–H bonds, while the cyanide nitrogen is within the hydrogen bonding distance (3.0 Å) to the Arg752-NH2 moiety."

In all honesty, I think bicalutamide is impactful on DHT nonetheless. If it wasn’t, why would it be used as mono-therapy for prostate cancer? I never thought of it that way, and continued to be confused on its effect on DHT lol... Also, what is R-bicalutamide?

(I am still using dutasteride as support, mainly because I finally got it on prescription! I get it for free now :D)

If you find a legal and safe way to get castrated, please tell me how I'm in. I'm too afraid to try calcium chloride /:

I was under the impression that you are a rational human being.

I thought so ... but I refuse to give up and I cannot accept being more manly so no more testosterone for me, with or without hair.

There are no male or female hormones - there are only sex steroids (androgens, gestagens, estrogens), which are essential in physiological concentrations throughout life for both sexes.

I thought you can just ask a surgeon privately? Or does it have to be approved first?

I tried 4 times with urologists and it's not possible. I would like to be able to inject calcium chloride and pretend I don't know what's happening to me, they would think I have balls cancer (I'm prone to it) and they would remove my balls. But I lack the courage ...

lol it's amazing, this means i don't need to spend more $ on laser hair removal cause it's all going to disappear on its own.
I do hope spironolactone (150mg) reduces some of mine. Rest will be taken care by 'kuraach', a peculiar stone people in India use to exfoliate. As yet, it has killed more than 90% of sebum and oil.
