that the animal is a human, the glands work in the same way. The adrenal glands, lg fsg, testicles, ovaries are in everyone and they work on the same principle!

Then why is my FSH significantly below typical male ranges?

I do not trust the Bike, rather flutamide or spironolankton or cyproterone acetate than bica. I prefer to go in proven paths with classical ones.

Progress on hairline...

Hoping that those little hairs continue to grow... If they do, I could possibly become an NW0... I am an NW1 currently, but the diffuse thinning is my main concern.

Sweets get off this dump - you really don’t belong here anymore. Those will ABSOLUTELY regrow into long lustrous hairs. I remember those fuzzies - they strengthen over the years as well. Keep up the good work, and try to focus on something else for a few months and give your body some time. be sure to hair vitamins for faster and more vibrant growth.

Bicalutamide doesn't have an effect on FSH... It's most likely due to the estrogen.

I am mainly here to showcase the potential results of bicalutamide, since there has previously only been around two users of it. If I ever have a full-head of hair, I most likely will disappear... Although, I definitely will create a thread about the journey! After that, I will proceed my attempt to get an orchiectomy and end the battle of hair loss once and for all!

Bicalutamide increases both testosterone and estradiol levels, and estradiol levels are approaching low normal levels of repoprostatic women.

My estrogen levels are above the aimed levels for transgender women...

Where can you get hold of estrogel/topical estradiol? Apart from the bi-estro one

What is your current regimen? I remember seeing your hair loss journey using spironolactone! Nonetheless, you can order estrogel from InHousePharmacy, or Shesalady...

Thanks a lot. Will check it out. I did check inhouse before but always seems to be out of stock.

Current regimen is a bit more simple. Dutas ED, Oral minoxidil ED, RU 5% twice a day and topical cetirizine. Been on that for a year now and for the most part have maintained where I was at my last update (which was a long time ago!). I have provably lost a little ground from my spironolactone days!

I've always been interested in topical estrogen just on the hairline but find it is difficult to locate online. You used to be able to get alpicort F online from brandmedicines but that site seems to have been shut down.

Just joined this gargantuan thread with a question; I’m at the point where I need to make a decision between spironolactone and bicalutamide due to the uselessness of finasteride/dutasteride alone.

I’m swaying more towards bicalutamide due to the potassium increase in spironolactone which would make me want to go through the formal prescription route due to monitoring potassium levels.

However the one thing that slightly puts me off Bica is the upregulution of T therefore how much estradiol would be necessary to balance 50mg bica and 0.5 duta? Would 1mg be sufficient as I want to limit the use of extraneous drugs.

You should definitely go for bicalutamide over spironolactone, since spironolactone is a diuretic and it will have a negative impact on your body and mood. It's a weak anti-androgen, whilst having a greater rate of side effects and being harsher on the body.

You should use 2MG/day if possible, since it will aid in other aspects when using bicalutamide. Although, 1MG/day would be fine too.

Please don't add minoxidil lol, i really want to see someone have success without thinking they need minoxidil, and you are one of the few people showing that Bicaludamide works to reversehair loss. Btw youre hair is looking amazing so far!

I don't think I will use minoxidil... I don't want premature ageing, or the other negative consequences of using it. I am just hoping to get an orchiectomy within upcoming years...

cpa + estradiol, in general, spironolactone in a dose of 50/50 is safe. You can try. If you feel that you cancel the drug.
