Estrogen + Bicalutamide is definitely the most desirable combination, in my opinion. It's cheaper to afford, and allows a lesser dose of bicalutamide which will save money in the long-run.

How long were you on oral spironolactone and what kind of dose?

I was on 200mg/day, and I was on that for two months along with 2mg/day of estradiol and 0.5mg/day of dutasteride. After I switched to bicalutamide, within one week my sebum production reduced drastically... I was amazed!

gynecomastia is caused by an imbalance of ERa expression to androgen expression in breast tissue. Genetics play a huge role in determining severity of gynecomastia in people on anti androgens, but yes your very correct, building muscles and losing fat helps a lot!

it doesn't lower it, and might actually increase it. Bica blocks the receptors keeping DHT from binding

I disagree with you that minoxidil makes your skin bad, it is a nuisance having to apply topical but in reality it only takes about a minute before bed along with brushing teeth. Not really all that hard. My skin is fine after being on oral since october.

I'm not surprised. Bicalutamide is superior to oral spironolactone and cyproterone acetate. I hope you achieve amazing results.

If the effectiveness of oral spironolactone ever vanishes as a booster, then I will consider a dose of 50 mg of bicalutamide, which is pretty cheap in The Netherlands.

I read that some people dropped their DHT blocker (finasteride/dutasteride), because they're already on bicalutamide, which also helps with lowering DHT. Is this true?

I mean, it’s definitely not necessary, especially if you are using 4mg/day of E. Although, it can be used as a supportive role, like what I currently do.

Bica has less affinity for the receptor than DHT. So finasteride should help in theory, but bica on its own will stop hair loss. It stops f*****g cancer, sure it stops hair loss.

I started seeing regrowth around the eighth month mark. I have mild, yet visible crown thinning (which appears as a dreaded back part in my long hair). The density on the top was also pretty less, but I'm not sure if it was because my genes or hair loss. The parting on the top and around the hairline is never very thick, but since early childhood, my hair strands have been very limp with horribly less diameter, it splits up at the crown revealing a line of scalp underneath. And since this shedding is never ending, I can't tell if I'm healing or not. I know I shed a hell lot of miniaturized hairs which come back with a little more diameter, but I've also seen that some hair strands are so so so superfine and totally invisible because of less diameter, that they feel like they are miniaturized yet they grow beyond the shoulder length all the way from the top. I don't know what this means, but I don't feel bad at shedding those invisible strands at all.

You could shed whatever type of hair strand and you wont give a f***. You are on bica and finasteride. You simply cant lose any more hair.

You can always have surgery to remove them. Gyno is not a problem imo.

I've had an easier time building muscle on bica likely due to the increase in T and free T, my skin has never been better

What do you think of using DHT gel locally to prevent/reduce gyno? Since we're already taking finasteride/dutasteride, so the question of hairloss shouldn't arise, right?

Their only good option is E-ckeck at least to those who it is available to. The other option are money order or check by mail and that takes foreverrr. So i just do E-check and transfer the money from my bank.

well bica by itself blocks around 9-12ng/dl of T depending on ur DHT levels. so if ur on dutasteride it will block around 11 or 12ng of T on the basis that ur DHT is very low since the mechanism of action of bica is dependent on binding affinity.

correct, and it has corepressor transcription as @Ein mentioned so in theory it should work for life via degrading the Androgen response element

its to early to say if I've seen fat redistribution, but none yet. The gyno is f*****g brutal though I wouldn't even go near E if u want normal nipples.

Can you please tell me where did you get the number of T blocked by bica? (study link?)
